Account & Profile
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email and you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Go to your Profile page and upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card). Our team reviews submissions within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email once verified.
Usernames cannot be changed once set, as they are used for identification in the platform. You can update your display name (first/last name) from your Profile settings at any time.
You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@jaagili.com. Note: if you have pending transactions, these must be resolved first. All your data will be deleted within 30 days of the request being processed.
Payments & Wallet
Payment is charged when you confirm a trip or package transaction. The funds are held securely in our escrow system and are not released to the companion or carrier until both parties confirm completion.
If a trip or package delivery was not completed or you cancelled before the agreed meeting, you may be eligible for a full refund. Submit a dispute from your Requests page within 48 hours of the scheduled completion time. Our team will review and process refunds within 5–10 business days.
Go to Payments → Payment Settings and set up your preferred payout method (bank transfer, PayPal, or UPI). Once configured, available balances can be withdrawn at any time. Processing typically takes 1–5 business days.
Jaagili charges a small platform fee on each transaction, which is shown clearly on your payment screen before you confirm. Fees vary by transaction type and amount. We never charge hidden fees.
Trips & Packages
You can cancel from your Requests page. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip start time are penalty-free. Late cancellations may incur a small fee. Repeated cancellations can affect your rating and account standing.
Raise a dispute from the Requests page within 48 hours of the expected delivery time. Include as much detail and evidence (photos, messages) as possible. Our team will investigate and reach a decision within 3–5 business days.
Matching depends on traveler availability for your specific route and dates. You can improve your chances by posting your request as early as possible, being flexible with dates, and ensuring your profile is fully completed and verified.
Safety & Trust
You can report a user from within any chat window or from a completed transaction review. Alternatively, email safety@jaagili.com directly. All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team within 4 hours for urgent cases.
Every member submits ID verification before transacting. Payments are held in escrow — you never pay directly to another user. Our chat system keeps your personal contact information private. Two-way ratings ensure accountability for everyone.
